Net Promoter Score is measured on a weekly basis with an average score of 84 been achieved. 

The Retail network is also a member of the Motor Industry Codes of Practice (MICOP) with an average customer satisfaction score of 98%.

The network has been recognised through three key awards in 2013 & 2014:

  • The Training Journal Award for Customer Service 2013
  • The Tyre Safe Award for Best Retailer 2013 & 2014
